The Village Porters are normally the first point of contact at any of our sites.
They're the ones you'll speak to when you call to gain entry to buildings or meet out-and-about on reassurance patrols.
They are known among our residents and staff as having knowledge about our services, buildings and events.
Our residents get to know our Village Porters by name and vice versa.
