Momentum is on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Video Editor for an immediate start working from home.
The role is ideal for a creative individual who has a competent grasp of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition and who has experience editing together visually striking social media and brand videos.
Experience creating video content for commercial brands is mandatory, while experience with the automotive/motorsport sector is also preferred.
Experience in other industries will be considered for candidates who can meet the technical skill requirements listed below.
A diverse range of projects will be available to work on, ranging from short-form social media content such as TikTok's and Reels through to brand videos and documentaries.
About Momentum Founded in 2017, Momentum Social is a content creation agency focused on delivering results to clients in a wide range of industries, from Motorsport and automotive, through to Medical, charities and FMCG companies.

With a passion for motorsport, we work with clients ranging from teams and drivers, through to sponsors, series and governing bodies.
What will you need?
• At least two years' experience in an agency or in-house environment • Proficient knowledge of both Premiere Pro and After Effects • Must have a showreel available for review prior to acceptance After Effect Requirements: • Must be able to create motion graphics/animations • Be able to create bespoke graphics and motion graphics from scratch • Be comfortable with motion tracking • Be able to create bespoke lower thirds • Proficient in organising work for other team members to use across Adobe libraries • must understand how to work between Adobe cloud products • Ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously • Experience in delivering regular video projects with tight turnaround times • ability to jump between other members of staff projects Essentials: • Ability to colour grade and basic understanding of audio • A clear appetite to learn about current industry trends • Willingness to take on new challenges and be thorough in contributing creative ideas • Good written and verbal communication • knowledge of storytelling and character development • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise whilst maintaining attention to detail, particularly when working from home on multiple projects simultaneously • Must be based within the UK Desirables: • Experience in commercial industries is required whereas motorsport or automotive is desirable but not mandatory • willingness to learn video production techniques (not essential) • Knowledge of rigging characters in after effect (not essential) What will be involved?
• Weekly virtual catchups with other member of the team • Managing post-production job's from start to finish for multiple clients with great opportunity for progression • Creating bespoke motion graphics as part of video content across several industries • Liaising with clients on projects, using time management skills to meet client deadlines • Undertaking a range of video projects while focusing on the post production phase; this could range from interviews through to documentary pieces • Becoming an integral part of the Momentum team and working on major brands on both a national and global scale; particularly in the motorsport, automotive, fast-moving consumer goods and corporate • Being proactive and vocal in managing video projects and potentially clients The package In return, we can offer: · Flexible working hours · Competitive salary ranging between £26,000-£32,000 depending on experience · An environment to grow and develop with mentoring from experienced industry colleagues · A competitive salary with rewards and incentives for delivering KPIs · 25 amount of days holiday
