The Digital Transformation and Optimization team is part of Consumer Solutions. We are responsible for optimizing eCommerce solutions and driving transaction authorization improvement for digital transactions globally.
Role: As the Vice President, Product Management and Go to Market Commercialization, you will play a critical role in bringing solutions to market that drive material value to our customers. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver a go to market strategy, aligning with our business objectives and growth strategies.
Key responsibilities: Create and lead the end-to-end GTM strategy for our new authorization improvement products. Accountable for driving customer adoption pipeline and sizing top business development opportunities. Serve as a strategic business partner to key geographic and functional business units. Subject matter expert for all things Optimization. Engage in idea generation, concept validation, and business case development. Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to drive penetration and adoption. Build high-performing teams and actively manage talent. ALL ABOUT YOU In-depth understanding of the ecosystem of payment processing, authorization, and acquiring services. Demonstrated experience as a leader with strong interpersonal skills. A results-oriented leader with proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies. Comfortable communicating and collaborating with business stakeholders. Technical knowledge of authorization performance and payment processing. Able to adapt and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Passion for all things digital and a curiosity to understand new technology. Profound industry expertise in product development and management.
