Vice President Operations

Walker Cole International is searching for a Vice President - Operations on behalf of a pharmaceutical company specialising in global supply of pharmaceutical products.
As the Vice President - Operations, you will be based in Europe leading manufacturing activities across the region for both commercial and clinical drug product supply.
Key Responsibilities as the Vice President - Operations: Responsible for manufacturing strategy for a clinical and commercial pharmaceutical drug products.
Recruit, develop and manage a team of functional leaders across Manufacturing, Process Development and Supply Chain.
Assess, appoint and oversee contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) partners.
As the Vice President - Operations, you will be part of global executive leadership team and play an instrumental role in the European strategic direction.
Oversee operational excellence with a cost conscious mindset.
Key Qualifications for the Vice President - Operations: Bachelors, Masters or PhD in life sciences.
Industry experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
Leadership work experience Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Operations.
Above site or large multi unit site leadership is essential.
