Vice President Operations - Emea

We're looking for a talented and experienced Operational Leader to join a global travel business , who have an ambitious five-year plan to double in size!
Following private equity investment , they plan to grow through organic growth, M&A activity and expansion into new territories and divisions.
This person will lead their UK, Europe and Middle East operations , reporting directly into the COO.
You will play a crucial role in driving their growth strategy, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining their position as a leader in the travel industry .
The right person for this role will bring experience in senior operational roles within the travel industry , and a proven track record of driving growth and operational efficiency.
Experience working in PE-backed environments is preferable .

We need a confident decision-maker who can operate autonomously, whilst being an innovative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and best practices.
This exciting permanent position will be based in the UK.
A hybrid working model is supported, but you will be required to get into London on an ad-hoc basis.
