The Vice President of Global Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the company's growth goals, from building awareness to accelerating adoption of our solutions.
In the early stages of team development, this role will require a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
As the team grows, the VP of Global Marketing will take on an increasing leadership role, mentoring and developing a high-performing marketing department to scale with the business.
This position reports directly to the CCO and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy to support business goals, including, demand generation, brand building, and customer retention.
Work closely with the CCO and executive leadership team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Oversee the development of go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and market leadership in key therapeutic areas.
Brand Development Lead efforts to define and refine the company's brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and communication platforms.
Position the company as a thought leader through content marketing, speaking engagements, and media outreach.
Build and manage relationships with external agencies, industry influencers, and media partners to enhance brand visibility Execution & Tactical Leadership Directly lead and execute key marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content development, and event marketing, while managing resources effectively.
Drive customer acquisition and lead generation efforts using multi-channel marketing strategies Use data driven insights to optimize marketing performance and track KPIs Team Building and Development Build, lead, and inspire a growing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Effectively manage team resources in a fast-paced dynamic environment Budget and Resource Management Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting tactics and strategies as needed to meet business goals.
