Vice President, C&R M&A

Pearse Partners has partnered with a Global investment bank looking to expand their C&R M&A team.
The team has an extremely active deal flow and the ideal candidate will have 6+ years M&A deal experience - either from another IB or an accountancy firm.
Key responsibilities: Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including managing due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and deal structuring.
Provide strategic advice to clients, leveraging deep knowledge of the consumer and retail sectors.
Develop and deliver financial models, pitch materials, and presentations to support client objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level to secure repeat and new business opportunities.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the consumer and retail industries.
Ideal Background: 6+ years working in an Investment Banking/Big 4 environment with a focus on M&A and the consumer & retail sectors.
Expertise in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes.
Strong leadership, analytical, and client relationship management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
