Our expert team provides tailored solutions, from the design and installation to the ongoing support of systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and nurse call systems.
We are also proud to be a specialist in wireless radio fire alarm solutions.
We are a friendly, family-oriented company based in Southampton, looking for skilled engineers to join our service team covering the south of the UK.
Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fire & Security Engineer to carry out planned maintenance, servicing, and occasional small works on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
A salary of £28,000-£34,000 (depending on experience) is offered, with potential earnings of £38,000+ including overtime.
What We Offer Salary : Up to £34,000 basic, with OTE of £38,000+ Overtime : Available and encouraged Commission : Generous scheme On-call Allowance : £250 per week, plus time and a half, paid door-to-door Bonus : Performance-related scheme (£1,000+ per year) Holiday : 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays Travel : Paid after the first 30 minutes each way Training : Comprehensive training, including manufacturer and Fire Industry Association courses Facilities : Fully equipped training room at our head office with a variety of fire and security panels Company Vehicle : With fuel card provided for work purposes.
Key Responsibilities Service and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Work on fire alarm systems such as Advanced, Kentec, EMS, and EDA.
Use our service management software and mobile app to complete tasks.
Conduct occasional small installations and system upgrades.
Perform fault finding on both conventional and addressable systems.
Handle emergency lighting maintenance.
Work with Pyronix, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, Hikvision, Dahua, and Wisenet.

Requirements Proven experience in servicing and maintaining the systems listed.
Full UK driving license (mandatory) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Working Hours Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call duties approximately 1 in 6 weeks.
