An independent practice, located in West Sussex, with easy access to London Gatwick Airport, is seeking a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.

A Supportive, Skilled Team : The team includes a Lead Vet who specialises in orthopaedics and regenerative medicine, as well as vets with interests in dentistry, medicine, imaging, cytology, endoscopy, soft-tissue surgery, and dermatology.
Top-Tier Support Staff : RVNs and support team bring years of experience and are instrumental to our practice's success.
  The Ideal Candidate: Currently seeking a confident and skilled GP Vet with 4+ years of experience, who's excited about developing their skills, managing complex cases, and working within a collaborative and dynamic team.
  What We Offer: Salary : Up to £75,000, DOE Schedule : 4-day work week with 1:4 weekends (with time off in lieu) Development : Generous CPD allowance and support for certifications Location : Enjoy the beauty of Sussex and quick access to travel options through nearby Gatwick Airport.
  Requirements: Veterinary Degree : Completion of a degree in Veterinary Medicine or Veterinary Science from an RCVS-accredited university.
RCVS Registration : Registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) to legally practice as a vet in the UK.
Practical Skills : Strong clinical and surgical skills, with the ability to diagnose and treat a variety of animal health issues.
Communication Skills : Proficiency in communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, including explaining diagnoses and treatment plans clearly.
Continual Professional Development (CPD) : Commitment to ongoing learning and development to stay updated on advancements in veterinary medicine, as required by the RCVS.
Right to Work in the UK : Necessary work permits or citizenship rights, depending on nationality.
