The Role: The practice are looking for a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team.
You will work in a varied role, balancing consultations, surgery, and occasional sole charge.
There are no out-of-hours (OOH) or on-call duties, and your weekends will be free as they are closed on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities: Consultations : Daily consultations with a focus on preventative care, diagnostics, and building relationships with clients and their pets.
Surgical Procedures : Routine surgeries including neutering, dental work, and soft tissue surgery.
Diagnostics : Performing diagnostics using in-house lab equipment, X-ray, and ultrasound.
Sole Charge : Occasional sole charge responsibilities where you will manage the clinic independently.
Client Communication : Ensuring clear and empathetic communication with clients, providing guidance on treatment plans, and following up with cases as required.
