Veterinary Surgeon

Job Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Sheerness, Kent .

Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon Location: Sheerness, Kent Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (flexible over 3 or 4 days), no out-of-hours shifts, occasional 1:4 weekends (Saturdays), daily shifts between 9:00AM to 18:30PM Salary: Up to £68,000 DOE Key Responsibilities: Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Qualifications and Skills Required: Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
