Exciting Opportunity for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon!Are you a passionate Veterinary Surgeon with 1-2 years of experience in general practice? Looking for your next step in a thriving, independent practice? We have the perfect role for you!
Join our friendly and dedicated team at a popular, community-focused veterinary practice in North London. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, with a varied caseload of consultations, surgery, and dentistry, all while maintaining case continuity.
What We Offer:Competitive Salary: £41,000–£45,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)Generous Holiday Package: 29 days holiday including bank holidays + your birthday offNo Weekends or On-Call: Enjoy your time off with no Saturday shifts or on-call responsibilitiesCPD Support: £1500 allowance + up to 3 paid days off to enhance your skillsAdditional Benefits: Contributory pension scheme, VDS cover, and one of BVA or BSAVA membership paidEmployee Perks: Discounts on products and servicesWhat You'll Be Doing:Consultations & Surgery: You'll run 15-minute consultations, performing routine surgeries and dentistry, all with time to work up your cases.Case Continuity: Enjoy the satisfaction of seeing cases through from start to finish.State-of-the-Art Facilities: Work with modern equipment including ultrasound, digital x-ray, internal lab, and more.About You:You'll be a driven, self-motivated vet with 1-2 years of UK experience in general practice (ideally having completed your GDP).You'll thrive in a busy, independent practice and be confident working as part of a close-knit team.A positive, client-focused approach is essential as we pride ourselves on providing excellent care to both pets and owners.Working Hours:Full-time, 40 hours per week between 8:30am and 7pm, with a 1 in 3 Sunday rota (10am-2pm).No Saturdays or on-call!If you're ready to take the next step in your veterinary career and want to work in a supportive, dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
