Veterinary Surgeon

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Braintree, Essex.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking full-time, part-time, or job-share arrangements.
The Role: Full-Time: Typically 4 days per week.
Flexible Working: Open to discussing part-time hours, job shares, or other working patterns to suit your needs.
Weekend Rota: 1 in 4, which includes sole charge responsibility.
Custom Arrangements: Were open to exploring alternative schedules, such as the 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off model previously used by one of our vets.
What We Offer: Salary: Up to £65,000 (pro rata), negotiable based on experience.
Professional Development: Generous CPD allowance to support your growth.
Memberships: Paid RCVS, BVA, and VDS memberships.
Leave Entitlement: 5.6 weeks of annual leave, increasing to 6.6 weeks after 2 years of service.
Visa Support: Sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
