Are you an Veterinary Surgeon looking for a change of scenery?

Job Reference: SK - 1426 Our client is an independently group are looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at their practice based in Tamworth.

The Role: Are you a passionate and experienced vet looking for a role that fits your unique skills and aspirations?
Join our clients friendly and progressive practice, where they are committed to supporting your growth and providing exceptional care to their clients and their pets.

Their practice is open Monday to Friday, consulting from 9:00 am–2:00 pm and 4:00 pm–6:15 pm, with one vet dedicated to consultations and another focusing on operations.
Saturdays are from 9:00 am–12:00 pm, with no operations or out-of-hours work required.
They are flexible and open to tailoring the role to suit your preferences, whether part-time or full-time, with or without Saturdays.

The position involves consultations and routine surgeries, with the option for home visits if you're comfortable.
While they perform advanced soft tissue surgeries and some orthopaedics, there's no pressure to take on more than you feel confident handling.

Their ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience, thrives in general practice, and is eager to advance their skills.
They are looking for someone who is technically curious, proactive, and ready to explore new capabilities in a supportive environment.

The practice are well-equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, diathermy, multiparameter monitoring, separate pulse oximetry, a rigid endoscope, blood pressure monitoring, and a cryopen.

The Package: Salary up to £68,000 Accommodation and vehicle options available if needed Unlimited CPD funding relevant to your role and our clients' needs Professional memberships (RCVS, BVA, BSAVA) fully paid.
