Veterinary Receptionist

Veterinary Receptionist - Torbridge Veterinary Group Practice Site:Torbridge (Bideford)Torbridge (Bideford)We have an exciting opportunity to expand the reception team at our Bideford branch!As a receptionist you will provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to our clients and their animals.
You will need to be able to work within a team, sometimes under high pressure.Previous veterinary receptionist experience would be preferable but not essential.Main duties would include: Answering the telephone, booking appointments and processing prescription requests.Dealing with clients at the reception desk, taking payments and dealing with enquiries.Accurately recording client and animal information on our IT system, so good IT skills would be preferable.Cleaning duties are involved.
Hours: Tuesday 9.30 - 7.30Wednesday 9.00 - 6.00Thursday 8.30 - 6.30Friday 08.30 - 17.30Alternate Saturdays 08.30 -17.30 It will be based at our Bideford branch, but cover may sometimes be needed at our branch practices, so transportation is essential.We know that benefits are key and that your personal benefits priorities will differ from others, so
