We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Ashman Jones Vets.
Location: To work across the London Road and Widcombe sitesContract: PermanentHours: Ideally 35 hours per week but would be happy to consider part-time hours Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday between 08.00 – 19.00 with a share in the Saturday rota About Ashman Jones Vets:Take a look at the practices here: CVS Ode to Veterinary Professionals About the role: Day-to-day duties of the role will include: Answering phones and booking appointmentsResponding to queries via phone, in person and emailRegistering new clientsCompleting insurance formsDispensing medicationsTaking paymentsAnd most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist: Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situationsAn excellent communicator with strong empathyExcellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the publicA positive attitude and excellent teamwork skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems What we can offer you:We know that benefits are key and that your personal benefits priorities will differ from others, so
