Do you have Pet Claims Assessing or Veterinary Nurse experience and looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for Pet Claims Assessors to join our Assessing team on a remote basis (must be UK based).
Pet Claims Assessor Salary: £24k -25.5k Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8am-4pm while in training and then Monday-Friday 10-6pm Start date: January 6th 2025 - Applicants must be able to commit to this start date Why Join Us?

You'll be at the forefront of ensuring pet owners receive timely support when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process pet insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Work closely with veterinary practices and customers to gather necessary information for claims assessment.
Ensure claims are settled swiftly, within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and identify any potential fraudulent claims for referral.
Offer exceptional customer service by providing clear, prompt communication and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, products, and systems to help explain cover details to customers.
What We're Looking For: Experience: Qualified Veterinary Nurse or experienced Pet Claims Assessor with relevant industry experience.
Skills: Excellent phone and communication skills, high attention to detail, strong IT and data entry skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attitude: A flexible, proactive approach to work and a willingness to embrace new tasks and challenges.
Desirable: Previous pet insurance claims assessing experience is a plus.
