What We Offer: Immediate Start available Competitive pay: Day Shift: £19.06 per hour Afternoon Shift: £23.82 per hour Up to 33 days holiday (depending on shift) Company Pension Scheme Secure, on-site free parking A chance to grow your career with a respected, long-standing company The Role: As a CNC Programmer / Vertical Borer Operator , you will: Program, set, and operate medium to large-capacity CNC lathes/Vertical Borers (over 2.5m swing, components up to 10 tonnes) using Fanuc controls .
Write new programs from technical drawings and edit existing ones.
Utilize modern tooling and methods to deliver precision work with minimal supervision.
Work across either Day or Afternoon shifts as required.
Key Requirements: Apprentice trained or fully skilled operator.
Experience with Fanuc controls , including canned cycles.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, tooling, and programming.
