Verification Lead

We've partnered with an exciting start-up that has just secured a historically large funding round and is looking at commercialisation in the short-medium term.
Their product utilises FPGAs and photonics to improve data centres.
They're looking to bring on a Verification Lead to develop their verification architecture, but the successful candidate will not necessarily need leadership experience.
Responsibilities Develop verification infrastructure and test cases, coordinating with design teams and external partners.
Define and document verification strategies and architectures.
Manage and monitor functional and code coverage metrics.
Handle debugging, issue resolution, and maintenance of quality tracking dashboards and automated regression tests.
Requirements Deep expertise in industry-standard verification methodologies, including proficiency with SystemVerilog and UVM.
Solid experience with interfaces and protocols such as PCIe, CXL, RDMA, DDR4, and Ethernet.
Strong understanding of mixed hardware/software verification approaches.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with design teams to meet objectives.
