With an in-house warehouse and workshop, they provide end clients and agencies with cutting-edge AV equipment and full production management.
The company works across hundreds of events annually, including conferences, award ceremonies, experiential activations, production activations, and exhibition builds-ensuring no two days are ever the same!
They handle a wide variety of large-scale projects for globally recognized brands across industries such as financial services, fashion, gaming, and alcohol.
In addition to their East Midlands headquarters, they have exclusive partnerships with a venue in central Birmingham.
This role is specifically focused on supporting the AV and technical production requirements for this Birmingham venue, making it a venue-based AV Technician role with the opportunity to work on high-profile events in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role We are now looking for a strong Senior Event Technician to join this exciting team!
As part of the team you will provide an efficient and professional service managing the technical delivery of events taking place across both venues.
Duties include: -           Supporting on technical services across this large capacity venue -           Providing support to clients with regards to technical solutions for their events -           Working closely with clients on their requirements throughout each projects -           Liaising with external AV suppliers on surplus kit requirements -           Carrying out site visits and workarounds with clients -           Rigging, troubleshooting and de-rigging varied AV, lighting, graphics, sound, staging   -           Supporting with the maintenance of in-house kit The Candidate   The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, ideally from within a technical supplier, production agency or events venue.
This is a busy and fast-paced environment so we are looking for candidates who are team players and can work under pressure.
