THE ROLE
Sorted Food are seeking a Venue and Events Co-Ordinator to leverage the potential of Sorted Food's new studio space by conceptualising, developing, and executing a range of event and venue hire experiences.
The role will focus on creating a significant new revenue stream while embodying the Sorted Food brand ethos.
This role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Management
Internal Events:
Facilitate Sorted Food Filming Days, specifically audience attendance management.
Lead the execution of internal initiatives, such as Squads events, PR activities, and immersive Sorted experiences for staff, partners, and fans.
External Events & Venue Hires:
Oversee and execute external venue hires, which may include:
Dry hire.
F&B event hires Co-hosted events Act as the primary liaison for external clients, ensuring their vision aligns with the Sorted brand while delivering a high-quality experience.
Operational Oversight:
Manage the event calendar, ensuring seamless booking coordination and conflict-free scheduling.
Coordinate all Food & Beverage (F&B) requirements for both internal and external events, including vendor selection and budget management.
Marketing and Business Development
Venue Promotion:
Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote Sorted Food's studio space for venue hire.
Build a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and targeting suitable brands and organisations.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate relationships with key brands, agencies, and industry players to position Sorted Food as a go-to venue.
Maintain a strong network within the event and F&B sectors to drive repeat and referral business.
Revenue Growth:
Identify and pursue innovative ways to maximise studio space utilisation around Sorted Food's core activities.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
5+ years of relevant experience in event management, venue operations, or related fields.
Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
Existing relationships with suppliers, vendors, and execution partners in the event and F&B sectors.
Exceptional multitasking capabilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop events that double as promotional opportunities.
Experience with event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Ticket tailor or similar platforms) and CRM systems.
Familiarity with sustainable event planning practices.
