As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic Procurement Executive to support our procurement activities, ensuring the efficient purchasing of goods and services in line with iMile's procurement policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the development, selection and management of franchisee sites/ partners and maintaining the company's relationship with its customers; Guide and supervise the operation and implementation of franchisee sites, provide training for the sites, and regularly monitor the operating conditions of the sites; Coordinate between sites and area networks, diagnose and solve problem and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsible for regional/ area growth in terms of coverage, efficiency and service quality.
Procurement Planning: Conduct business needs assessments, supply market analysis, and commercial risk assessments to inform procurement planning and sourcing strategies.
Compliance and Documentation: Review procurement records to ensure compliance with policies, maintain appropriate purchasing documentation, and secure the necessary approvals.
Contract Management: Develop and administer contract management plans, negotiate contract changes, and ensure supplier performance management and compliance through effective supplier relationships to drive positive business outcomes.
Negotiation and Value-for-Money Procurement: Lead contract negotiations to establish or review supply arrangements, ensuring value-for-money outcomes in procurement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with markets and internal stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and positive relationships.
Procurement Documentation: Prepare professional, structured, and concise procurement documentation with relevant information, especially for high-value/high-risk projects.
Supplier Evaluation: Manage the supplier evaluation and selection process for complex, high-value, or high-risk projects.
Qualifications: Proven track record of experience in developing and managing provincial/ channel/ franchise networks and partners; Working experience in last-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics and express delivery industry is required; Language Proficiency: Fluent in English to facilitate effective communication with clients and suppliers.
3-5 years of professional and managerial experience in vendor management or related fields.
Strong technical/engineering knowledge and facilities management experience.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive favorable outcomes.
