Vending Assistant

Job Description As a Vending Assistant, your responsibilities will include:   Clean, fill, and maintain all vending machines at both the head office site and the Drinks Factory, ensuring they are fully stocked, presentable, and functioning properly.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain adequate inventory for all vending machines.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints regarding vending machine operations in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure that all machines are operational and available for use after normal working hours.
Assist with other duties within the catering department as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  Qualifications Essential: Competence to be able to understand and operate modern vending machines Basic mechanical aptitude to perform minor repairs and maintenance Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg) Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required Preferred: Previous experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage industry Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage vending Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting Valid driving licence for potential travel between locations First Aid certification Personal Qualities: Reliable and punctual Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Team player with a positive attitude Adaptable and willing to learn new skills Additional Information For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that's an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.
