Job DescriptionI am working with a main car dealership in St Albans, who are on the lookout for Vehicle Technicians to join their team.Working in excellent premises, with very high standards across the board you will need to be ready for a challenge to exceed customer expectations and deliver your best.
Vehicle Technician Role: To carry out servicing and repairs as per manufacturer's guidelinesTo diagnose vehicle faults in a logical and structured mannerTo ensure workmanship is of the highest standards to achieve outstanding customer satisfactionMust be aware of and comply with all legal aspects relating both to maintenance and repair of motor vehiclesRecord work carried out, time taken and advise on any additional work Vehicle technician – Requirements: To be trained to City and Guilds Motor Repair/BTEC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualificationIdeally have diagnostic experiencePrevious experience of working as a Vehicle Technician is essentialMOT Licence would be advantageousIdeally, previous experience of working in a main dealerTo have a valid UK driving licence A full training programme will be designed for the successful applicant, to ensure you can work to the highest standards and ultimately progress your career Package:Basic up to £23-30,000 – OTE circa £50-75,000Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays Gary at Jago Consultants
