Order Ref: 39582 Position Title: Vehicle Design Bespoke Programme Lead Duration: Contract Location: Gaydon Division: Design Position Description: Working in the Vehicle Design Programme Management team in the Creative Chapter, the Design Programme Lead (DPL) is the creative enabler for their programme/s, driving the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production with efficiency & clarity. This role will require an open mindset for cross-functional collaboration across multiple brands supporting the Creative Bespoke Materiality & detailed design team. As the centre of the Vehicle Design team, the Design Programme Lead will lead the delivery of their programmes, ensuring all activities are in line with the Creative and business priorities, PCDS and delivered on time. They are accountable for ensuring Vehicle Design activities are based on Agile Ways of Working, constantly striving to improve the performance of the team. Skills Required: Project management experience, dealing with timing, risk & issue resolution, cost and resource systems. Excellent communication skills with people of all levels and expertise: notably Design, Marketing, Programme, Engineering. Excellent organisation skills & self-motivation. Experience Required: Experienced at planning, monitoring and delivering programmes and projects. Strong collaboration and communication skills with an ability to influence others at all levels. Proactive and growth mindset. Ability to thrive within a creative and collaborative environment. Product development awareness to enable prioritisation of key issues. Risk, issues and impediments management skillset. Change management experience. Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation. Proven record of implementing process improvements. Experience Preferred: Experience of Agile ways of working, including JIRA. Scrum Master experience. Additional Information: 40 hours per week.
