Vehicle Body Repair Technician

Vehicle Smart Repairer - Bicester What youll be doing: Carrying out bodywork and interior repairs on vehicles requiring rectification.
Prioritise repairs in conjunction with delivery dates.
Order materials based on work undertaken, keeping a stock record of all items used.
Ensure all paint facilities (paint booths) are complaint and in good service condition.
Update internal systems.
Provide guidelines on overall time scales on repairs to manage expectations.
Provide a work flow to enable the site to schedule vehicle for repair.
What we need from you: Good knowledge and experience of vehicle preparation and standards.
Good organisational skills.
Be able to carry out smart repairs as listed: Dent removal (desired but not essential).
Polishing (scratch and blemish removal).
Touch ins (enhanced).
Alloy wheel touch in and paint.
Wet paint repair Be able to do local paint repairs, including, prep, masking, spray painting and polishing to high standard.
Trim replacements.
Bumper repairs.
Interior repairs, including textured repairs to trim panels.
