\n Join a leading automotive company and work with a variety of vehicles.
\n \n As a Vehicle Appraiser, you will: \n * Assess part-exchange vehicles, considering condition, mileage, and history.
\n * Use industry-standard tools and software to accurately value vehicles.
\n * Communicate vehicle valuations clearly to the sales team.
\n * Test drive vehicles to identify any mechanical issues.
\n * Select suitable retail stock from part-exchange vehicles.
\n * Manage the disposal of vehicles not retained for resale, including paperwork and auction logistics.
\n \n To be successful in this role, you will need: \n * Experience in vehicle appraisal or a similar role within the automotive industry.
\n * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
\n * Experience using appraisal software and auction platforms.
\n * A keen eye for detail.
\n * The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
