Working with one of the country's market leaders in automotive sales.
As a Part Exchange Vehicle Appraiser, you will be checking over vehicles marking down any damage as you go, once all documented you can price up accordingly.
General responsibilities: Vehicles appraisals on stock offered on part exchange, making sure condition, mileage, history is taken in to consideration on the valuations.
Use industry-standard tools and software to assess vehicle values and provide accurate pricing.
Communicate results clearly to the sales team.
Test drive vehicles to identify any mechanical issues.
Pick out suitable retail stock from the part exchange vehicles.
Manage the disposal of vehicles not retained for resale, including handling documentation and auction logistics.
To be considered you must have: Experience in vehicle appraisal or a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
Experience in using appraisal software and auction platforms.
A keen eye for detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Full driving license.
This role offers you: £26K salary Permanent from day one.
