Vcc Analyst

Main Duties Maintain the internal chat helpdesk and resolve logged tickets with user queries.
Resolve unmatched credit card transactions to complete reconciliations.
Reconcile multi-currency payments and calculate home currency equivalents.
Reconcile card statements and authorise transactions on client bookings.
Liaise internally with various departments and international head offices to resolve virtual credit card payment queries and discrepancies for external suppliers.
Create manual virtual credit cards.
