Van Sales Representative

Van Sales Driver (Derry/Londonderry) My client is a family-owned manufacturing company based in Derry/Londonderry, who are currently seeking a Van Sales Driver to join their well-structured sales team.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.
Salary negotiable (dependent on experience).
Job Purpose: Working alongside the sales team, you will be responsible for providing sales to current customers as well as upselling and developing new sales calls.
Essential Criteria: Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales.
Previous experience in the use of handheld sales devices.
Minimum full clean B driving licence.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines in order maximise sales.
Strong influencing skills in order to achieve target sales.
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Proven track record working as a van sales representative.
Achieve agreed sales targets and customer call rates consistent with the run schedule.
Present, promote and sell current range of products and introduce new lines to customers on an ongoing basis.
Ensure product range correctly merchandised with proper stock rotation on the shelf.
Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
Maintain full stock control of vehicle & depot.
Report customer's needs, competitor's activities and potential new products to the Sales Manager.
Ability to optimise the strategic placement in store.
