Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced 3.5t van driver looking for permanent work on behalf of our client to join their team in YORK, Hours of work: Monday to FridayDaysMorning startsPay rate and hours: £14.04 p/h plus £1.70 p/h holiday pay = £15.75 p/h inclusive of holiday payMinimum pay 8 hours per shift whilst working for the agencyRole / Duties/Responsibilities: Parcel Multi drop workMinimum of 40 deliveries each dayApplicant must have van and delivery experience.Manual handling will be requiredFollow, promote and communicate the use of safe working practices in line with all relevant Health and Safety Legislation and Company's procedures.Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.To work in a safe and professional manner.To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift if require.Essential Skills / Requirements Applicants must be able to provide last 5 years of working history for referencesApplicant must be able to provide last 5 years of address historyAll applicants will be DBS CheckBe able to work on own initiativeGood communication skills.Good customer relations.Van delivery driver experience.INTERESTED?
