We are currently working in partnership with a RICS-registered private consultancy firm based in Huddersfield, Halifax & Bradford, who are recruiting for a Chartered Valuation Surveyor on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately, on notice.
The salary is being offered up to £55,000 dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate will have residential valuation experience and a background in surveying.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Inspecting residential properties and providing valuations for taxation, management and development decisions Assessing and evaluating the value of the properties, considering factors such as; size, condition, location and market trends Advising on suitable rent for properties that are to be let Creating documents for mortgage valuations, tenancy contracts and other legal matters Experience required: Residential valuations Chartered surveyor Rewards and Benefits: Car allowance Generous annual leave Insurance coverage Health & wellness support Employee discounts Surveyor incentives and career development Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
