Are you ready to rethink your routine? We're looking for a UX Researcher to join our UX/UI team at Trinny London. This role will report into the Senior UX/UI Designer.
You will be involved from the initial research phase through to final delivery, playing a key role in showcasing and promoting our products online, enhancing customer retention, and ensuring we provide a top-tier, high-performing customer experience. The Role Your daily to-dos might look like this:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research through user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user behaviour and pain points.Manage research analysis to make recommendations for experimentation.Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design decisions and strategies.Design and manage user testing processes, including A/B tests and prototype evaluations, using analytics to validate designs and measure improvements.Work with multidisciplinary teams, senior stakeholders, designers, product managers and engineers, sharing research findings that guide their decision-making and improve user experience.Partner with the UX/UI team to implement personalised user journeys based on behaviour and preferences.Educate other teams on the importance of user feedback and foster a user-first mindset across the company.These skills will help you go far in this role:
Experience in user research (quantitative and qualitative), preferably in digital user experience and technology-focused projects.Proven ability to conduct end-to-end research using a variety of methodologies.You understand and can support teams to apply a range of methods to analyse research data and synthesise findings.Familiarity with user research methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.Personal interest in understanding diverse user needs and preferences.Experience in Agile environments and rapid research timeframes is advantageous.Ability to work with data tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar (or similar) to analyse user behaviour.Enthusiasm for UX research and a desire to grow within the field.Previous experience in the luxury beauty and/or fashion industry is a plus.We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London!
