Key Responsibilities: Inspire and Lead the Team: Motivate and mentor the design team, steer projects to success, and build strong partnerships with clients.
Oversee Project Execution : Coordinate team workflows, maintain high-quality output, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Craft Extraordinary Web Designs : Convert concepts into appealing, intuitive web designs that deliver outstanding user experiences.
Drive UX Excellence : Deliver expert guidance on UX principles and ensure designs are always focussed on the user.
Collaborate Across Departments : Work alongside development teams to seamlessly incorporate design into every stage of the project.
Skills and Experience required: Web Development Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of the web development, ensuring design solutions align seamlessly with technical specifications.
Expertise in User-Centered Design : Proven ability to create user-focused designs that prioritize usability, accessibility, and exceptional user experiences.
Proficiency with Design Systems : Deep knowledge of design systems, including their principles, components, and application for consistent and scalable projects Proficiency in design tools Client and Project Management : Demonstrated success in interacting with clients and delivering on projects.
