This is a unique opportunity to drive user-centred design across websites, mobile apps, and even interactive onboard technologies.This is a permanent position, working for our client based in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Hybrid working is available for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities: - Lead UX Innovation by Implementing user-cantered design principles, conducting research, and developing solutions that meet business objectives.
- Bring ideas to life with wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Define KPIs, analyse performance data, and continuously improve digital touchpoints.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to turn concepts into reality.
Key Skills: - Previous UX design experience, ideally in Ecommerce, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Expertise in designing for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and strategic problem-solving skills.
- A passion for user research, usability testing, and crafting solutions based on insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
