Context on the role: Due to our dynamic growth and global expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher with a commercial mindset, who can create a deep understanding of our users' needs, behaviors and perspectives, as well as business metrics.

In this role, you will play a vital part in understanding user interactions with our app interface and their response to Booksy features. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.

You will have the opportunity to work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional scrum teams.

Your responsibilities: Understanding data: You'll analyze the collected research data and draw insights to support design decisions. Understanding users: Your main task as a UX Researcher will be to explore the needs, behaviors and perspectives of our users. This will help the design team create user-centric solutions. Research: You'll conduct interviews, observations and surveys to get additional user feedback. Reporting results: You'll prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to the product team and stakeholders. Collaboration: You'll work closely with designers, developers, and other design team members to ensure the project aligns with business objectives and user requirements. Tracking trends and best practices: You'll have a chance to follow the latest trends in the UX field and adapt your skills and knowledge to incorporate new trends and technologies. You'll also advocate for UX research within the organization and educate others on the advantages of user-centered design. Our requirements: Experience: Years of practical experience in the field of UX quantitative research, demonstrating a high level of expertise in conducting research activities. Research skills: Experience as a researcher working with a complex product offered on several platforms and in various countries. Method optimization: Proficiency in a range of research methods and the ability to select and apply them appropriately based on the research goals and context. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within the team, as well as with internal stakeholders i.e. product managers, engineers, UX designers, data engineers and other UX researchers. Proven impact on change: A track record of research findings leading to tangible changes or improvements in product design or development, demonstrating the practical value of your research. Communication skills: Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex research findings and insights clearly and concisely. This is important for sharing discoveries with the team and stakeholders. Empathy: The ability to empathize and understand users' needs and perspectives. Tools and software: Familiarity with tools and software like Google Office Tools, Google Forms, Survicate, Qualaroo, Miro, and ChatGPT. Other tools such as Figma and Tableau.
