Location: Flexible (with key hubs in Birmingham, London, and Bangalore) Salary: Up to £75k Key Responsibilities: Champion UX Excellence: Advocate for user-centred design and drive strategies that align with business growth and customer success.
Lead UX Teams: Manage UX activities on large, complex projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across research, service design, and delivery teams.
Drive Innovation: Design user-centric experiences, create wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes, and oversee Agile-aligned UX efforts.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Support pre-sales efforts, contribute to project proposals, and deliver presentations that showcase the value of UX.
Foster Team Growth: Mentor junior team members, guide professional development, and contribute to the evolution of UX practices.
Skills & Experience Required: 5+ years in User Experience Design, with proven expertise in creating impactful, user-focused solutions.
Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual communication tools.
Proficiency in Agile frameworks, aligning design activities with iterative, collaborative methods.
Experience designing within Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and using the GDS prototyping toolkit is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey UX concepts to clients and internal teams.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across business analysis, architecture, and development.
