About the Role As a UX Designer, you'll be a key player in our agile Product Squads, crafting intuitive and seamless user experiences that prioritize both our customers and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and optimizing user journeys to deliver friction-free experiences that drive business and customer satisfaction. Championing UX/UI best practices within your squad, ensuring every decision prioritizes user needs and aligns with our strategic goals. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver design solutions backed by evidence and testing. Contributing to a unified UX approach across our decentralized team, promoting agile methodologies and iterative improvements. What You'll Bring Proven Expertise: A strong background in UX/UI design with a track record of delivering impactful results. Technical Skills: Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping for mobile, desktop, and tablet platforms. Design Standards Mastery: An in-depth understanding of cross-device design standards and principles. Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile frameworks and workflows is a bonus. Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe XD, Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, Miro, or Zeplin. Ready to Shape the Future of Pet Care?
