Role Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Service & UX Designer to join their UK Studio.
This role is pivotal in enhancing Customer Experience and Service Design capabilities, working closely with Design, Client Services, and Project Management leads.
The successful candidate will collaborate with top experience design and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions for both employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead service design activities, including client workshops and defining design principles.
Ground all work in a deep understanding of the target audience.
Manage design research relationships with partners and clients.
Innovate Service Design practices and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Desired Experience: Proven experience leading service design projects and managing complex engagements.
Mastery of Service Design methodologies and relevant tools.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., mock-ups, wireframes, user journeys).
Experience in coaching and developing junior team members.
Proficiency in Adobe CC, InVision, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
