What youll be doing: Market and actively sell vehicles to maximise sales and ensure all targets and KPIs are achieved Promote the sale of accessories and service packages Have a strong understanding of financial and insurance products, ensuring accurate information is provided when negotiating deals Assist and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis Supply forecasting trends and address shortfalls if applicable Support management to help coach and develop the skills of the sales team What we need from you: Experienced highly successful Sales Manager, driven to exceed set sales targets and KPIs, ability to lead by example Multi brand knowledge and experience would be an advantage Have a complete understanding of Inventory management, fluent in purchasing used car stock, competent in vehicle valuations, and vehicle presentation Understanding of competitor strategies, working on a Pricing Strategy, keeping on top of market conditions Previous experience with a volume brand, deal book management, working to a high preparation standard, and an understanding of Digital Presence Exceptional interpersonal and team skills, committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service A full manual driving licence In October 2024 we were awarded the prestigious AutoTrader New Car Retailer of the Year, something we are immensely proud of achieving.

Salary: OTE up to £66,000 per annum, plus company car Hours: 43.25 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, Sundays on a rota basis Location: Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, Chiswick, London W4 5UYT Benefits: 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
