Urgent! Sous Chef

Senior Sous Chef Luxury hotel We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sous Chef.
Reporting to the hotel Head Chef you will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day kitchen operation ensuring that food is produced, and the finished dish is served to the highest standard.
As Senior Sous chef you are training and coaching a team of 12 Chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters.
