Are you an experienced Software Engineer who has experience building complex backend systems in C# and Azure?

Role: Software Engineer (C#/Azure) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Hybrid Working: Office visits when required Location: Telford The role We have an opportunity for a Software Engineer to join a large programme of work within Financial Services alongside the DigX team, who have gone through a number of acquisitions.
They are building a new data layer using C# and APIM to bring together data from various systems across the group to then connect to a new front-end application for servicing customer needs.
This is a new project but significant planning has been completed and they now need a number of software engineers to join the project - could that include you?
What you will be doing - Design, develop, and implement integrations using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Event Grid, and Azure Data Factory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure security, reliability, and performance standards are met in all integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely support and maintenance.
- Contribute to QA automation efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of integration solutions to ensure efficiency and scalability.
What you will need as the Software Engineer To be considered for this Software Engineer role you'll need strong experience building APIs in C# using APIM, working to bring data from various sources together.
You'll need to be comfortable using a range of Azure features such as logic apps and functions.
Any previous experience with building authentication solutions would be highly valuable.
In addition to this you must have previously worked as a software engineer in complex, regulated environments, ideally financial services.
