Job Description Job Title: HR Advisor Part time, 22 - 30 hours per week.
Location: Buckerell, Nr.
Honiton plus option for hybrid/working from home.
Reporting Relationships: Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor and Director Job Purpose: Helping us support our 80 clients across the Southwest, Wales and Southern England, dealing with people queries and preparing employment documents.
Role will involve training on Breathe HR, the digital management system.
Perspective HR works with a wide range of professionals, manufacturers, service industries and charities across the UK and this is an opportunity to develop a career with a rapidly growing company.
The company provides a comprehensive range of HR and employment support to its clients and utilises a range of software and business systems to drive efficiency.
Perspective HR also offers training on employment and leadership.
Main Responsibilities: Dealing directly with clients via telephone, video conferencing and email.
Answering a wide range of employment queries and working closely with employment lawyers.
Supporting HR clients with the production of employment documents.
Upkeep of customer CRM function.
Management and promotion of the Breathe HR management system.
Attending networking events to represent the company.
Organisation and promotion of HR and Leadership training courses and events.
Person Specification Education: Study to A Level or degree, high standard of maths and English.
Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is desirable.
Experience: Experience of HR processes, documentation and query handling.
