Job Description: We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our growing engineering family.
Our Skilled Engineers are employed on work that is appropriate to their core and specialist skills.
They will, however, be expected to have / acquire elements of other skills which will enable them to work flexibly across trades.
Qualified in Electrical, Multi – skilled discipline with ability to carry out duties to comply with customer and portfolio requirements.
Additional skill sets of maintenance desirable.
User level understanding of CAFM systems.
All sort of PPM duties on Site, A lot of Electrical Duties on the sites.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2+ Years experience in a similar role.
- Strong electrical knowledge of all HV/LV and facilities in electrical PPMs.
- Background in property maintenance/ Electrical and facilities management - Working to PPM and reactive breakdown regimes and SLA's, Knowledge of lone working requirements.
- Able to make sound decisions when needed and take accountability for outcomes.
- 18 edition Electrical, Testing & Inspection experience will be good to have.
