Legal Secretary Sandwich, Kent / £26,000 / Permanent My client, a leader in the legal sector, are currently on the hunt to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their rapidly growing team in their Sandwich offices.
The successful candidate will have proven success in a similar Legal Secretary position.
Key Responsibilities - Provide full secretarial support to the fee earner/solicitors within the team - Arranging appointments and meetings - Dealing with inbound customer telephone queries and face-to-face walk-ins - Coordinating diaries and managing client files prior to meetings - General administration duties such as filing and photocopying Essential Skillset - Previous working experience in a Law Firm - Secretarial experience is highly desirable - Expereince with personal injury is a bonus - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - Proficient with Microsoft Packages - Friendly and personable Package - Around £26,000 - Sandwich - Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm - Free parking onsite - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Legal Secretary Sandwich, Kent / £26,000 / Permanent
