An exciting opportunity to join ITPS as a Key Account Manager to provide support across our existing customers .
In this role you will build and maintain effective long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers across our customers and within ITPS.
This is not a pure sales role, your targets will be to maintain and organically grow our existing portfolios.

You will be joining a company at the forefront of innovation in the IT industry, as part of an agile and strategically important team, read on to find out more: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support Senior Account Managers in the development of new deals and secure internal approval and sign off - Day to day management of customer accounts and a key point of contact for ITPS Account Directors - Follow leads to create New Business opportunities via Networking - Solve complex requests/issues working across internal ITPS functions and various customer contacts to ensure requests/issues can be resolved quickly and to customer satisfaction - A critical member of the Operational Sales Team responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement - Drive revenue, growth and EBITDA achievement by delivering existing and new services and targeting customer engagement - Communicate customer requirements/ business drivers to direct and indirect customer team to support customer experience - Support regular status and strategy meetings with the customers to understand their needs and link them to ITPS's product and service strategies WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM OUR CANDIDATES - Prior experience of managing accounts across a complex customer group - IT background preferred
