Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at Louma in Bridport.
The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest interactions, facilitating communications, providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and overseeing receptionist duties.
Qualifications - 2 yrs experience in 5 Star in Guest Relations / Reception - CRM proficiency - Basic Accounting / Finance experience to take payments and close bills.
- Excellent Communication, and Customer Service skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Flexible, positive and friendly attitude towards Guests - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
