Location: Hybrid between Home, London or Corby Reports to: Head of Marketing Salary: £45,000 plus excellent benefits Closing Date: 7th November 2024 About the role: As CMI's Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage all aspects of digital advertising end-to-end, including campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, and recommendations.
This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, as you will be implementing new processes, reports, and ways of working from the ground up.
You will act as an in-house digital marketing expert, providing strategic insights on GDPR compliance, SEO, content creation, and digital tracking.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and solving problems independently.
Responsibilities: - Manage digital advertising campaigns from setup to execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Analyse performance data and make recommendations for campaign improvements, applying insights to future campaigns.
- Write high-quality SEO-optimised copy for digital campaigns, websites, and other content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Map customer journeys for products by meeting with stakeholders, understanding marketing touchpoints (digital and non-digital), and using tools like Miro to visualise and optimise the journey from start to finish.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to support the team in optimising campaigns and content.
- Provide actionable insights and present findings or reporting analysis to the marketing team and senior leaders, making recommendations to inform key strategic decisions.
- Monitor and track digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and optimisation.
- Expertise in SEO, GDPR compliance, PPC, content creation, and digital reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in creating reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce.
- Excellent copywriting skills with experience creating SEO-optimised content for various digital platforms.
- Ability to translate complex data and technical information into clear, easy-to-understand insights for non-specialists and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and take initiative in solving problems.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and using tools like Miro to optimise marketing touchpoints.
