Job Duties: • Assis t teachers in delivering educational activities • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students • Support students with their learning and development in a positive and inclusive environment • Help prepare classroom materials and resources Required Qualifications: • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths • Previous experience working with children or young people Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: • Understanding of child development and learning processes • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with diverse groups of students • Empathy and patience in dealing with young learners • Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential • First Aid certification Working Conditions: The Teaching Assistant role is based in a school setting in Bristol.
The position is temporary and requires full-time hours during term time.
The role may involve assisting students with special educational needs and disabilities.
