Job summary As the Service co-ordinator for the unplanned pregnancy service , you will need to be a forward thinking, pro active administrator , with strong Data analysis and administration skills along with Excellent patient service skills and be of an empathetic nature.
The team are looking for a natural leader , who can produce work accurately and confidently under pressure.
An ability to manage your workload and the demand of the service is key along with the ability to converse clearly and constructively with staff and patients alike.The Post Holder will have a Dual base with the requirement to travel to both Caerleon and Bargoed Sites as needed Main duties of the job Employed within the Directorate of Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH) the post holder will be responsible for Co ordinating the Unplanned Pregnancy Service and undertaking the administrational responsibilities to run the service effectively.The post will require the co-ordinator to manage and undertake all daily tasks associated with the admin requirements to provide a fully comprehensive, professional service to patients and provide admin support to the departmental managerial and Clinical team.Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
